Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Develop and write computer programs to perform specific tasks related to organizational goals
Create workflow diagrams and charts to demonstrate the functionality of programs before coding them
Run software tests to spot and resolve bugs and inconsistencies
Write code for software patches and bug fixes
Work with team members to find creative, innovative solutions to problems
Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and devise ways to accommodate them with software
Perform regular audits to identify software inefficiencies and mastermind ways to improve workflow
Write and continually update documentation for all programs for internal and external reference
Kualifikasi
Bachelor of Information Technology / Computer Science / System Information
Minimum has one year of working experience in related field
Expertise in VB.net, Php, Database sql & Nosql
Have good algorithm, analytic, and systematic skills, able to complete tasks in tight deadline
Ability to write technical report
Ability to lead, organize and manage risk
Passion for problem-solving and software development
Excellent understanding of algorithms, programming paradigms, and architectural skills
Experience with software engineering best practices including unit test and continuous integration
Ability to constantly learn new technologies and apply those concepts
Resourcefulness, and troubleshooting aptitude
Can work in a team or individually
